Fall “Office Hours”

The new HOP service providing individual appointments at each of the PSERS
regional office locations continues to be very popular. Retirees have expressed
appreciation for this opportunity to speak face-to-face with staff members from
the HOP Administration Unit. The fall schedule is now available.
If you have a question about the HOP Medical Plan, HOP-Pre-65 Medical Plan,
the HOP Basic Medicare Rx Option or the HOP Enhanced Medicare Rx Option,
30-minute appointments will be available on a first-come, first-served basis by
advance reservation only. Absolutely no walk-in appointments will be
available.
