Register Now to Access New Features on HOPbenefits.com

If you’re enrolled in the HOP Medical (or Pre-65 Medical) Plan, you can now review the status of a medical claim, view past claims, request a new medical ID card, or even contact a HOP customer service representative on www.HOPbenefits.com.
To get started, you need to REGISTER. Simply click on the “New User Registration" link in the top-right corner of any page on the site. Be ready to provide your name, email address, and other identifying information. You’ll also create a user ID and unique password. After you register, each time you visit www.HOPbenefits.com, your user ID and password will provide you with access to your own information easily and confidentially—at home, in the library or anywhere that you use a computer with internet access.
If you enrolled in HOP before September 1, 2009, you must register before accessing your Member Area page on the HOP Web site.
If you enrolled in HOP after September 1, 2009, you must register before viewing your personalized information through the CoreSource Web site (www.coresource.com). At this time, Member Area pages are not available on the HOP Web site for those who enrolled after September 1, 2009.
