After you register on the HOP Web site, you'll have access to personalized information and the ability to contact a HOP customer service representative online.
In addition, if you're enrolled in the HOP Medical Plan or the HOP Pre-65 Medical Plan, you'll also have access to your medical claim information, which is housed on a Web site managed by CoreSource, the company that administers HOP's benefits. You'll also be able to request a new medical ID card online.
Registered users have a single, secure log in that links you to personalized information on both HOPbenefits.com and coresource.com. Depending on the information you want, you may move back and forth between the two. Just click on the feature you need, and let technology do the rest.
