Personalized Statements During each fall’s Option Selection Period, current participants receive a personalized statement showing current coverage, available coverage for the next year, and monthly premium rates. HOP also distributes personalized statements to PSERS retirees not enrolled in HOP at meetings during the six months prior to their 65th birthday along with enrollment instructions. |
