What You Can Do on this Page

Search online to find out what HOP coverage is available to you based on where you live and how much it costs.

1. Click in one of the circles to indicate your Medicare eligibility.

2. Click on the arrow to display the list of states and scroll down to find your state. When you find it, click on it to populate this box.

3. Click on the arrow to display the list of counties for your state and scroll down to find your county. When you find it, click on it to populate this box. Some states only have an “All counties” option. That’s because the coverage and premium information is the same for the entire state. If that happens for your state, click on “All counties” to populate this box.

4. Start your search by clicking on the “Find Coverage” button.
