Below, find a brief overview of the medical plans for which you are eligible. The overview shows only some of the medical plans’ benefits and details and is designed for informational purposes only. For a detailed list of what each medical plan entails, please read the medical plan booklets on the Resources page.

This lookup tool assumes that you and your spouse are both Medicare-eligible or both non-Medicare-eligible. If one of you is Medicare-eligible and the other is not, the premiums will not apply.
